Terrazzo finishing transforms ordinary rooms into bright, elegant and long‑lasting interiors. Made from marble, granite, quartz or glass chips mixed with cement or resin, it creates a decorative, highly durable surface that stands up to daily use and still looks premium. Its versatile look suits both modern and classic homes, making it a smart upgrade for living areas, corridors, kitchens and more.

The mix of marble or granite chips creates natural patterns that make every terrazzo floor truly one‑of‑a‑kind. When installed correctly, terrazzo offers extreme durability – a single floor can last for decades with minimal maintenance, making it one of the most reliable and cost‑effective flooring investments for homes and commercial buildings. ELEVATE YOUR SPACE TODAY.

Our Installation Process

1.

Surface Preparation

The concrete floor base is cleaned and levelled removing any dust, grease, or loose material to ensure the terrazzo bonds properly. Metal or plastic divider strips are fixed onto the floor. These strips:

  • Create patterns or sections.

  • Control cracking.

  • Help guide the terrazzo design.

Mixing and Laying

Mixing and Laying

2.

A mixture is prepared using cement (or resin), marble chips or granite chips, and water. Color pigments are added to achieve the desired color.

The terrazzo mixture is then poured and spread evenly between the divider strips. Workers use trowels to compact

Curing

3.

Curing

The floor is left to cure for several days for the mixture to hardens and gains strength.

This curing process is crucial because it directly affects the floor's strength, durability, and appearance. Skipping or rushing this process is one of the reasons terrazzo floors fail.

Grinding, Grouting & Polishing

4.

Grinding, Grouting & Polishing

After curing, the surface is grounded exposing the marble chips. The small holes or pinholes that appear after grinding are filled with grout to make the surface uniform. The floor is then polished using finer grinding stones until it becomes smooth and shiny. A sealer is then applied to protect the floor and enhance the appearance.
